FSC-BT677C 藍芽5.2低功耗SoC模組基於Silicon Labs EFR32BG21晶片，內建32位元80 MHz ARM Cortex-M33微控制器，最大功率輸出達+10 dBm，接收靈敏度（最小值）高達-104.9 dBm，適用於長距離應用。該模組支援藍芽Mesh、主從一體及多連接通訊，採用低功耗Gecko技術，確保快速喚醒時間與節能模式，設計緊湊，內置PCB天線，非常適合需要小巧尺寸、高性能且低能耗的電池供電應用。此模組預設內建易於使用且功能完善的韌體，開發者可透過簡單的串口AT指令快速整合藍芽功能。
