FSC-BT677D 藍芽5.2低功耗SoC模組基於Silicon Labs EFR32BG21晶片，內建32位元80 MHz ARM Cortex-M33微控制器，最大功率輸出可達+20 dBm，接收靈敏度提升至-104.9 dBm（最小值），非常適合長距離應用。該模組支援藍芽Mesh、主從一體及多連接通訊，採用低功耗Gecko技術，確保快速喚醒時間與節能模式，設計緊湊，內建PCB天線，極適合需要小巧尺寸、高效能且低能耗的電池供電應用。本模組預設內建易於使用的韌體，開發者可透過簡單的串口AT指令快速整合藍芽功能。
